Summer 2020

Our first guest speaker for the Summer 2020 semester was our own Adjunct Professor Sammy Bickham. Sammy is one of the most experienced real estate inspectors in the state, so he came to discuss what inspectors do and their role in the real estate transaction. He also discussed several common issues that come up in inspections, and what buyers and sellers need to know about them.

Our second guest speaker for the Summer 2020 semester was Matt Hall. He is a real estate appraiser, and came to tell us about appraisal careers and an appraisal's role in a real estate transaction.
